MediGO — Medicine Delivery & Operations Platform
A medicine and surgical product ordering platform featuring AI-assisted product search, prescription handling, multi-stage order processing, sourcing management, delivery zone configuration, and financial operations.
MediGO is a healthcare commerce and delivery management platform designed to simplify medicine and surgical product ordering while giving administrators centralized control over the complete fulfillment process. Customers can search for medicines by product name, generic, brand, or manufacturer, browse the product catalogue, and place orders through an accessible web interface. The platform also includes a conversational MediGO Assistant for helping customers find medicines and receive ordering guidance. Behind the storefront, a dedicated Operations Center manages orders, prescription workflows, product sourcing, price and availability verification, customer coordination, and delivery operations. An eleven-stage order workflow tracks orders from placement and price checking through sourcing, preparation, dispatch, and final delivery. MediGO also includes map-based delivery zone management with configurable delivery fees, minimum order amounts, estimated delivery times, and payment rules. A financial operations module provides visibility into sales revenue, sourcing costs, gross profit, cash movements, and outstanding cash-on-delivery receivables. The project combines customer-facing commerce, operational workflow automation, delivery logistics, AI-assisted discovery, and financial administration into one integrated business platform.
Managing Complex Medicine Orders, Sourcing and Last-Mile Delivery
Medicine delivery involves more than a conventional shopping cart. Customers may search using brand names, generic names, or prescriptions, while product availability and sourcing prices can require manual verification before an order is confirmed. Operational teams must coordinate pricing, medicine procurement, customer communication, delivery status, and cash-on-delivery collection. Managing these activities through disconnected systems makes it difficult to maintain order visibility, monitor sourcing costs, control delivery coverage, and distinguish actual cash collection from recorded sales.
An Integrated Healthcare Commerce & Operations System
Developed MediGO as a unified customer ordering and business operations platform. Built a searchable medicine and surgical product storefront with an AI-assisted customer support interface and prescription-related ordering workflows. Implemented a centralized Operations Center with dedicated modules for order management, order drafts, prescriptions, sourcing, delivery operations, and financial administration. Designed an eleven-stage order tracking workflow covering placement, price verification, confirmation, acceptance, sourcing, preparation, dispatch, and delivery. Created a Sourcing Center to track requested medicines, procurement status, product costs, and associated order revenue. Integrated a map-based delivery zone builder supporting configurable delivery boundaries, fees, minimum order values, estimated delivery times, and payment restrictions. Developed financial dashboards to separate recognized revenue, sourcing expenses, gross profit, cash received, cash paid, and outstanding COD receivables.
A closer look.
MediGO brings customer ordering, medicine sourcing, delivery coordination, and financial oversight into a single operational environment. Customers have a searchable storefront and conversational product-discovery interface, while administrators can follow orders through clearly defined fulfillment stages. Operations teams can review sourcing requirements, configure delivery areas, coordinate active deliveries, and monitor financial activity through specialized dashboards. The project demonstrates the development of a practical healthcare commerce system combining business workflows, AI-assisted customer interaction, location-based delivery management, and financial tracking. The supplied screenshots show implemented interfaces and operational records; they do not establish independent performance, revenue growth, or customer adoption metrics.
